For a long time now, I've played with the idea of putting together little boxes of products that have purpose and meaning. In contradicting with popular public opinion about my love of hauling around trailer loads full of big reFurbished furniture items everywhere I go, I really do love small and simple things.

Since the flu season is among us all like some dark ages plague, I have decided to start with a "Feel Better Box." All of the products in this box are made with Young Living Essential Oils and/or Young Living Official Products. It's a perfect gift for yourself or for a friend to help pamper the body through a cold or the flu.

What’s in the Feel Better Box?

1 Sick Soap Bar 2.5oz

Olive Oil, Water, Coconut Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Organic Palm Oil, Shea Butter, Essential Oils of: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Frankincense, Lemon, Rosemary, and Thyme.

Use as you would any other bar of soap to wash face, hands and body. Breathe in the aroma vapor while washing, they will help to clear the sinus.

2 Shower Steamers 3.5oz each

Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Arrowroot Powder, Cocoa Butter, V-6 Oil, Menthol Crystals, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Raven Essential Oils

Place Shower Steamer on floor of shower where the water stream will hit it. Use hot water. As the steamer dissolves, it releases vapor to breathe and enjoy during your shower, it's a great way to start the day. Steamers are scored, so you can use 1/2 or whole. Another way to use the steamer is to crumble some in a large bowl of very hot water. With the face about six inches from the bowl, cover head with a bath towel to trap the vapor. Breathe in and enjoy. Caution: The Steamers contain pure menthol crystals, do NOT use as bath bomb, shower only. Avoid contact with eyes.

1 Ortho Ease Roll On 5ml

Ortho Ease is perfect for sore muscles and because it contains Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Wintergreen, it helps to open sinus passage and ear congestion when rubbed around the outer ear lobe area. Avoid the eye area. Keep away from children. *Children and animals are naturally attracted to Wintergreen Oil scent.

1 Sinus Inhaler

Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Raven Essential Oils

Place under nostril and inhale for sinus relief. Replace cap after each use.

1 Lip Balm Cold Sore Be Gone!

Oils of hemp, Coconut, Castor, Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera Juice, Young Living Oils of Tea Tree, Peppermint & Clove, Scant Beeswax

Use on lips and under nose for cold sore and chapped lip relief.

1 Vapo - Rub .05oz

Pure Almond Butter whipped with Young Living Essential Oils of Raven, Eucalyptus & Peppermint.

To aid with congestion, rub on bottom of feet, chest, back, back of neck. Avoid eye area. Almond Butter is thick but melts with body temperature when rubbed into skin. A little of this rub goes a long way, no need to gob it on.

5 Thieves Cough Drops - place in mouth and dissolve.

Diffuse 6–8 drops of Thieves to help create an environment of peace and security. Customize your Thieves experience by adding a few drops of Orange, Tangerine, or Nutmeg essential oil.
Put in a few drops of Thieves essential oil blend in your dishwater or dishwasher to thoroughly clean dishes and eliminate odor.
