If you need assistance obtaining a lymphedema compression sleeve(s) because of financial hardship, post breast cancer and you live in the U.P. Sister UP! can help in three easy steps.

1. Simply contact Sister UP! with your mailing address (below) and we will send you a voucher in the mail redeemable at any of  Northern Orthotics and Prosthetics five locations throughout the Upper Peninsula, for the  fitting & purchase of a lymphedema sleeve(s)

2. Call Northern Orthotics and Prosthetics at the most convenient location nearest you, to schedule your appointment. 

3.  Arrive at the appointment with your Sister UP! voucher and physicians orders (prescription) for your personal fitting.
